Leather Care Tips
1. Keep it dry
Avoid soaking; if leather gets wet, pat gently with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally — no hairdryers or direct heat.
2. Condition occasionally
Wipe with a clean cloth, you can use a little water for stubborn marks. Let dry. Then use a natural leather balm or conditioner every few months to keep the surface supple and prevent cracking.
3. Avoid prolonged sunlight
Direct sunlight can fade or stiffen leather; store in a cool, shaded place.
4. Handle with clean hands
Natural oils from your skin will create a soft patina — but avoid contact with lotions or perfumes.
5. Rest between uses
Give your leather items time to breathe. If storing, fill bags lightly to help them hold their shape.
6. Embrace the patina
Each mark tells a story. With care, your leather will age beautifully — becoming more personal over time.
